You will not be able to get to GHS from 522, but you will be able to access the faculty parking lot from Route 6 during this time. Once the parade is over, the road will reopen, and we anticipate it to last less than 30 minutes. Our students are excited about the parade, so if you plan on coming to the game, get there early to watch the floats go by!

Postsecondary Opportunities for High School Students

The Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) and the State Council for Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV) provided information that assists high school students in making more informed decisions about their futures and ensures that such students are aware of the costs and benefits of different educational and certificate programs. The Postsecondary Opportunities for High School Students webpage contains information for students on preparing, applying, and paying for college, as well as information on degrees and labor-market career projections. This link is also posted on our website.  Please contact your child’s school counselor if you have any questions.
