Mr. Brian Hahn

Mr. Brian Hahn is a native of Oil City, Pennsylvania, and an Oil City High School graduate. He graduated from Gannon University with a Bachelor of Science in elementary and special education. He received his Master's degree from Liberty University in Administration and Supervision. He is married to Meredith, and they have a son. They currently reside in Chesterfield County.

This will be his 16th year in education. Entering his sixth year at GHS and second as principal, Mr. Hahn previously worked at Lancaster Middle School, located in Kilmarnock, where he served as their assistant principal for four years. Prior to his time at Lancaster Middle, he taught special education at Northumberland High School, served as department chair of the special education department and athletic director, and was the head coach of the football team and assistant coach for baseball.

Ms. Anne Marie Hudak

Ms. Anne Marie Hudak hails from Danville, Virginia and is a graduate of George Washington High School.  She graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature.  After a 4 year stint in private industry, Ms. Hudak received her Master of Arts in Education from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.  Most recently, she completed her endorsement in Educational Leadership from Longwood University.

This is Ms. Hudak’s fourth year as Assistant Principal at Goochland High School and ninth year with Goochland County Public Schools where she has served as English Teacher, English Department Team Leader, and Administrative Intern. Before making her way to Goochland, Ms. Hudak worked as a teacher at Hermitage High School where she began her teaching career in 2004.

Ms. Liz Coiner

We are pleased to welcome Liz Coiner to our administrative team! Ms. Liz Coiner is from Fairfax, Virginia and is a graduate of Robinson Secondary School. After high school, she continued her education at Christopher Newport University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Arts in Teaching. Most recently, she completed her endorsement in Educational Leadership from Longwood University.

Ms. Coiner is entering her first year as Assistant Principal at Goochland High School and her seventh year with Goochland County Public Schools. She previously served as an English Teacher, English Department Chair, and Administrative Intern. Before coming to Goochland, Ms. Coiner taught English at Atlee High School in Hanover County for four years.

Mr. Peter Glessman

Mr. Glessman earned his M.A.T. in Social Studies from Binghamton University and his Post-Masters Certificate in the Principalship from Virginia Commonwealth University. This is his 28th year in education and his first year at Goochland High School.

Mr. Warren Kempf

Mr. Kempf has a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training and Social Studies Secondary Education, and a Masters of Education from Canisius College.

Mr. Kempf was a classroom teacher in Chesterfield County for 23 years. This is his second year at Goochland High School.

Mr. Lawson earned his B.A. in History from Virginia Commonwealth University and is currently working on his Masters from Virginia Tech.

This is his 9th year as a teacher and his 3rd at Goochland High School. He also coaches baseball and football for the Bulldogs.

Ms. Richards earned a Bachelors of Arts in Education from the University of Georgia and a Masters in Education Administration from Virginia Tech.

She spent her first 11 years in education as a teacher and Innovative Learning Coach in Henrico County. This is her 6th year as the ITC at Goochland High School.
