Sophomores and Juniors who took the PSAT back in October should receive their scores via email early this week at the address they provided on test day. Counselors will be in classes shortly after Winter Break to go over those scores in detail, as well as to introduce students to some wonderful SAT and college research tools that they now have access to based on their PSAT results. Don’t want to wait? Follow the links in the email to start to explore on your own!
And speaking of SAT preparation, are you looking for a convenient, face-to-face way to become better prepared for this important college entrance exam? Goochland County Public Schools is considering partnering with VCU and The College Board to offer VCU’s SAT Blitz in February at GHS for a deeply discounted rate. Please see the attached flyer for more information. To express interest, simply complete the flyer and return it to the School Counseling office.
