Over the next few weeks you might see some of us a little scruffier than normal, as we raise awareness for cancer by participating in “No-Shave November.” The goal of No-Shave November is to grow awareness by embracing our hair, which many cancer patients lose, and letting it grow wild and free (sort of :-)). As a team, we will donate the money we typically spend on shaving and grooming to educate about cancer prevention, to save lives, and to aid those fighting the battle. For more information, visit https://no-shave.org/team/Team_Goochland.

Attention parents: We have a great opportunity for students to take the learner’s permit test here at GHS! On November 16th, we will offer our first learner’s permit test of the year here at the high school from 3:30-4:30. Students will receive parent letters and forms in their Driver’s Education classes that contain all the necessary information. The information can also be found on your son’s or daughter’s Schoology page. We hope students take advantage of this great opportunity!
